  • What types of clients do you work with?

    • We primarily partner with small businesses, nonprofits, and community‑focused organizations that want a website tailored to their style and goals.

 

  • Do you only design websites, or do you offer ongoing support?

    • We offer both. Alongside full website builds, we provide monthly subscription plans for maintenance, content updates, and priority support. See below for details!

 

  • Do you offer starter sites?

    • Yes. Normally these would consist of one page and will have all the necessary information your potential viewers/clients may need.

  • What is a VIP day?

    • A VIP day is when our team becomes fully committed to finishing your website by EOD if all the requested information is submitted by 10 am EST. We'll advise you during the first call everything we'll need from you and we'll have your site done and live on the web by end of day!

      • If a more labor intensive website is needed besides the basics (home, about, contact page, etc.) and more VIP days are required, discounts will be provided per day if availability permits.​

  • What’s included in your monthly plans?

    • Each tier includes different levels of support — from light maintenance to ongoing updates and new design work. Clients can choose the plan that best fits their needs and upgrade anytime.

 

  • Can you update an existing website we already have?

    • Yes. We can maintain, refresh, or improve your current site, even if we didn’t design it originally.

 

  • Do you offer custom design work each month?

    • Custom design is included in our higher‑tier plans. Our Essential tier focuses on maintenance and small updates, while our top tier includes new design work each month.

 

  • How do meetings work?

    • Most meetings are held online for convenience and range from approximately 15-30 minutes. In‑person meetings are available, and locations beyond 25 miles include a small travel fee.

 

  • How quickly do you respond to support requests?

    • Response times depend on your subscription tier, ranging from 48 hours to same‑day priority support.

 

  • Do you offer hosting?

    • While we do not offer hosting, we work with our clients to pick the best website and domain host (if needed) to ensure ease of use and access for their needs. 

 

  • How long does a new website take to build?

    • ​Timelines vary by project size, but most basic small business and nonprofit sites take 2–5 weeks from start to finish. Timelines are discussed along with pricing following the initial consultation to discuss website needs.

  • What if we need something outside our plan?

    • We offer add‑ons such as extra design hours, SEO improvements, content creation, and additional meetings.

    • We also provide remote support by the hourly rate. If the support needed is less than 15 min, it will be included with the website support

  • Can we cancel or change our plan?

    • Absolutely. Plans are month‑to‑month, and you can adjust or cancel anytime.

• New design work (limited hours)
